Subaccounts ​

Subaccounts are a powerful tool for serious traders. They let you create separate, isolated accounts under your main profile, each with its own balance, margin, and trading history.

Why Use Subaccounts? ​

  • Isolate Trading Strategies: Test a new strategy on one subaccount without affecting the PnL of your main portfolio.
  • Manage Risk: Keep a high-risk, high-reward strategy separate from your main, more conservative funds.
  • Organize Funds: Use different subaccounts for different purposes, like one for long-term holds and another for active trading.

How Subaccounts Work: The Key Rules ​

Before you get started, here are the essential rules for subaccounts on Neony:

  • Isolated Margin: Each subaccount has its own independent margin system. A liquidation in one subaccount will not impact your main account or other subaccounts.
  • Independent Tiers: Kickback and volume tiers are not shared. Each subaccount earns its own kickback and levels up its trading tier based on its own volume.
  • Free & Instant Transfers: You can move funds between your main account and any subaccount instantly and for free.

How to Create a Subaccount ​

Getting started with subaccounts is simple:

  1. Meet the Trading Requirement: First, you need to trade at least $10,000 in volume on your main account.
  2. Create Your Subaccount: Once you've met the requirement, go to your Account Dashboard and you'll see the option to create a new subaccount.

Limit: You can create up to 4 subaccounts, for a total of 5 accounts (1 main + 4 sub).

Subaccount FAQ ​

Q: If one subaccount gets liquidated, are my other accounts at risk?
A: No. Each subaccount is 100% isolated. Its margin, positions, and risk are completely separate from your other accounts.

Q: Do my subaccounts benefit from my main account's high trading tier?
A: No. Each subaccount starts at the base tier and must build its own trading volume to earn a higher kickback rate.

Q: Can I transfer funds directly between two subaccounts?
A: Yes, you can transfer funds between any of your accounts (main-to-sub, sub-to-main, or sub-to-sub) instantly and for free.
